Kashmore at Kandhkot Anti-Terrorism Court Proclamation in Special Case No. 121/2026

The Special Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court, Kashmore at Kandhkot, has issued a proclamation in Special Case No. 121/2026, State versus Salman Lashari and others. The notice bears reference No. ATC/K.KOT/2132/2026 and is dated 28 October 2026.

The proceedings concern Crime No. 68 of 2026 registered at Tangwani Police Station, under Sections 324, 353, 399, 402, 440, 14 and 149 of the Pakistan Penal Code and Sections 6/7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act.

The above-named accused have been shown as absconders in the case. Non-bailable arrest warrants issued by the court were returned unexecuted, with police reporting that the accused had absconded and were not traceable.

Under Section 87 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, read with Section 19(10) of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997, the accused are directed to appear before the court at the District Government Complex, Kashmore at Kandhkot, within seven days after publication of this notice, or on the hearing date of 3 November 2026. Failure to appear will result in the case proceeding in their absence.
