NTC Addendum on Anti-Dumping Duties for Chinese Galvalume Steel Coils and Sheets

The Government of Pakistan, National Tariff Commission, has issued an addendum under A.D.C No. 37/2015/NTC/SR-I/2021/IE concerning the impending expiry of anti-dumping duties on imports of galvanized steel coils and sheets into Pakistan originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China.

The addendum supplements the notice of impending expiry published in Daily Dawn and Roznama Asas on October 28, 2026.

Under Section 63 of the Anti-Dumping Duties Act, 2015, the Commission has extended the existing anti-dumping duty rate of 40.47%, applicable to all other exporters and foreign producers of galvanized steel coils and sheets originating in or exported from China, to imports of galvalume steel coils and sheets originating in or exported from China.

The anti-dumping duty on galvalume steel coils and sheets will remain in force co-terminously with the anti-dumping duty imposed on galvanized steel coils and sheets.
