Government Postgraduate College Mandian Abbottabad Tree Auction 2026

Government Postgraduate College Mandian, Abbottabad, will auction the following trees on 23 November 2026 at 11:00 AM at the college.

Interested bidders must submit an advance security deposit of Rs. 10,000 through a bank call deposit to participate. The security deposit will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after the auction. The successful bidder's security deposit will be forfeited if the bidder fails to honour the bid.

Acceptance of the bid is subject to approval by the competent authority. The successful bidder must pay one-third of the total bid amount immediately. The remaining amount must be deposited within one week following approval of the auction and before starting tree cutting.

The successful bidder must cut the trees and clear the site within 10 days. All applicable taxes and government dues must be paid according to the prevailing rules.

Interested bidders may inspect the trees before the auction between 9:00 AM and 12:00 noon. Further auction conditions will be announced at the venue. The Principal reserves the right to cancel the auction at any time.

If the auction does not take place for any reason, it will be held again on 26 November 2026. If necessary, a further auction will be held on 30 November 2026.
