Cantonment Board Peshawar Auction of Demolition Materials on 19 November 2026

Cantonment Board Peshawar, under the Military Lands and Cantonments Department, invites participation in a public auction for demolition and removal of materials on an “as-is, where-is” basis. The auction will take place on 19 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Cantonment Board Peshawar office. Materials include iron, wooden doors, electrical materials and plumbing materials.

To participate, bidders must submit a Rs. 200,000 call deposit in favour of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Peshawar Cantonment, along with a photocopy of their national identity card.

The successful bidder must deposit 50% of the total bid amount immediately. The remaining amount must be deposited within seven days following approval by the competent authority. The bid is subject to Cantonment Board approval, and the undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject a bid. The successful bidder must also pay income tax under the applicable laws.

Any dispute between the contractor and the Cantonment Board will be referred to the Director, Military Lands and Cantonments, Peshawar Region. The Director’s decision will be binding on both parties and cannot be challenged in any court.

The successful bidder must remove all debris and clear the premises within 15 days of approval. Further information may be obtained from the Engineering Branch, Cantonment Board Peshawar, during office hours.

If the auction does not take place on the scheduled date, a second auction will be held on 20 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m., followed by a third auction on 23 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m., under the same terms. Separate advertisements will not be issued for these subsequent auctions.
