TMA Dargai E-Auction of Revenue Contracts for January–June 2027

Tehsil Municipal Administration Dargai invites registered contractors, firms and individuals to participate in an online auction of revenue contracts for the six-month period from 1 January to 30 June 2027.

Auction schedule: Online bidding will take place on 30 November, 1 December and 2 December 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Participants must be registered with the Local Government Board's computerized system for the financial year 2026–27.

Participation procedure: Visit www.eauction.lcbkp.gov.pk or www.cfmis.lgkp.gov.pk. Upload the required call deposit receipt two days before the online auction date. A separate call deposit is required for each contract.

The successful bidder must deposit 5% security and 15% advance income tax within three days and complete the written agreement within seven days. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the deposited amount and blacklisting proceedings by TMA Dargai. Applicable provincial and federal taxes are payable by the contractor, and collection must comply with KPRA requirements and other applicable laws.

Defaulters and blacklisted contractors, individuals and firms are ineligible to participate. Contract conditions and the auction schedule may be consulted at the TMA Dargai office during working hours.
