Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) invites energetic and motivated professionals to apply for Specialist – Program Design and Specialist – Finance positions in Lahore. Established in 2010 as a not-for-profit company by the Government of Punjab, PSDF is Pakistan’s largest skills development fund and promotes a dynamic, inclusive work culture that recognizes talent and supports professional growth.

Position	Education and Experience
Specialist – Program Design	Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Public Policy, Industrial/Engineering Management, Social Sciences, or a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized/accredited university. Minimum three years of experience in a relevant or similar field. Experience in industry engagement, business development, partnership management, or labour market/economic research. Experience working with chambers of commerce, industry associations, or skills development/TVET programmes will be an added advantage. Experience in programme management, programme execution, programme design, or curriculum development will be preferred.
Specialist – Finance	Bachelor’s (Honours) in Accounting/Finance, or CA Finalist/ACCA or equivalent, from an HEC-recognized university. Minimum four or more years of relevant experience with reputable organizations. Thorough knowledge of IFRS, strong understanding of federal and provincial tax regulations, and working knowledge of ERP systems from an operational perspective.
