The Government of Punjab, Higher Education Department (HED), invites applications from suitable candidates for six positions under the project Strengthening of HED Secretariat and Provision of ERP System for Colleges. Candidates domiciled in Punjab are eligible to apply.

Three years of experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), project management, field monitoring or implementation of development projects in the public or private sector. Experience in data collection, reporting, documentation and site inspections. Computer literacy with experience using MS Office Suite, Primavera, STATA or relevant software. |
| Office Boy | PPS-03 | 2 | 30–45 years | Minimum middle-level education, Grade 8, and one year of work experience in an office environment. |

Application procedure: Submit a typed application on the prescribed form available on the Higher Education Department website, together with attested copies of CNIC, degrees and certificates and a detailed CV. Applications must reach the Higher Education Department by 22 November 2026. Clearly indicate the name of the post on the upper-right corner of the envelope. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
Candidates applying for two or more posts must use a separate form and envelope for each post. Government employees must apply through the proper channel.
The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel recruitment for the advertised posts, partially or entirely, without assigning any reason. Incomplete applications will be rejected. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview, and no TA/DA will be paid. The department may reject any application without assigning a reason. Upper-age-limit relaxation will apply according to Government of Punjab policy.
