Nasirabad Commissioner Office Auction of 11 Old Government Vehicles

The Office of the Commissioner, Nasirabad Division, Dera Murad Jamali, invites sealed tenders for the sale of 11 old, unserviceable government vehicles on an as-is, where-is basis. The notice is issued by the Assistant Commissioner (Political), Nasirabad.

Tender forms may be obtained from the Commissioner Office, Nasirabad, Dera Murad Jamali, against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000 per vehicle. Interested bidders must submit a separate, complete tender form in a sealed envelope for each vehicle they wish to purchase.

Sealed tenders must reach the Office of the Commissioner, Nasirabad Division, Dera Murad Jamali, by 2:30 p.m. on 24 November 2026. They will be opened on the same day in the presence of the tender committee. Each tender must include security equal to 10% of the total offered amount in the form of a call deposit or bank draft.

Each vehicle will be allotted to the successful bidder offering the highest price. The successful bidder must deposit the remaining amount within seven days; otherwise, the security deposit will be forfeited. Purchasers must pay all applicable taxes and bear responsibility for vehicle transfer and related expenses. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any tender without assigning a reason.
