Kohsar University Murree will hold its Second Convocation on 26 and 27 November 2026 to confer degrees and medals on graduating students and celebrate academic excellence and achievement.

Graduates of Spring 2022 and Fall 2022 who have completed their BS or MS degree requirements and received final transcripts duly signed by the Controller of Examinations are eligible to participate.

Eligible graduates must submit the Willingness Form, available online at www.kum.edu.pk, by 12 November 2026 and attend the mandatory rehearsal on 25 November 2026. Only graduates who meet both requirements will be allowed to attend the convocation ceremony. Entry cards and guest invitation cards will be issued on rehearsal day.

Arrangement	Details
Guest registration	Each graduate may bring two guests on payment of Rs. 3,000 per guest. Payment must be submitted to the University Account Office at the VC Secretariat, Kashmir Point, Murree.
Medalists’ parents or guardians	Parents or guardians of medalists may attend free of charge as proud guests.
Convocation robes and gowns	The contractor will provide robes and gowns at the convocation venue against payment of Rs. 1,500 as rent-cum-security on rehearsal day. The security amount will be refunded upon return of the robes or gowns after the ceremony, after deducting the rent.

Students must submit the following documents to the Office of the Controller of Examinations, either in advance or on rehearsal day:

Guest fee challan	Proof of paid fee challan where guests are registered
Photographs	Two recent photographs, 1 × 1 size

Participation in the rehearsal on 25 November 2026 is mandatory for all eligible graduates. Graduates must maintain proper conduct during the ceremony. Misconduct may result in cancellation or withholding of the degree.
