Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan Tender for IT Equipment Supply and Installation

Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan invites sealed bids under the Single Stage–Two Envelope Procedure for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of IT equipment at newly constructed academic blocks and hostels. The procurement is part of the PSDP project titled “Strengthening of Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan.” Quantity details are given in the Standard Bidding Documents (SBD).

Original manufacturers, sole agents and authorized distributors are eligible to participate if they are registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and included in the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA), and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-3 or above with valid registration for the relevant engineering codes.

Eligible firms and companies must submit separate technical and financial bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be accompanied by bid security or earnest money equal to 2% of the quoted bid cost, in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of the Treasurer, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. The original Call Deposit Receipt must be submitted in accordance with EPADS requirements.

A non-refundable tender document fee of Rs. 3,000 must be paid through a Demand Draft or Pay Order in favour of the Treasurer, AWKUM, and accompany the tender documents. All tender applications must be submitted through EPADS. The original Demand Draft or Pay Order for the tender fee and the Call Deposit Receipt must also be submitted physically to the Procurement Office. Scanned copies must be uploaded to EPADS along with the bid.
