Process Server Jobs in Peshawar – Apply Online Through ETEA

The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Administration), Peshawar, invites online applications through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) for vacant Process Server positions. Applicants must hold a Peshawar district domicile and meet the prescribed eligibility requirements.

Candidates must qualify in the ETEA recruitment examination and complete the subsequent selection stages. Recruitment will follow the applicable government rules, including the prescribed quotas for women, minorities and persons with disabilities. Age will be calculated as of January 1, 2026, with upper-age relaxation governed by the applicable rules.

Applicants already serving in government departments must obtain a departmental No Objection Certificate. Candidates claiming an equivalent qualification must produce an equivalence certificate from the relevant authority, including HEC where applicable. Incomplete applications and applications received after the deadline will be rejected. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the test or interview. The competent authority may increase or decrease the number of vacancies.

Apply online at www.etea.edu.pk. Online applications open on November 15, 2026, and close on December 15, 2026. Before depositing the examination fee, applicants must create an ETEA profile and complete CNIC verification through NADRA E-Sahulat.

After completing the online application, generate the deposit slip containing the token number, project code and personal details. Pay the prescribed fee through the payment channels indicated on the slip, including Easypaisa, JazzCash or OneLink, and retain the original deposit receipt. The examination fee is non-refundable.

Documents do not need to be submitted to ETEA at the initial application stage; supporting documents will be required from shortlisted candidates. ETEA will notify candidates by SMS when roll-number slips become available on its website. The test date, reporting time and examination venue will appear on the roll-number slip. Separate call letters will not be sent by post. Candidates should use an active mobile number and avoid changing their mobile network during the recruitment process.
