PTA Request for Bids for Financial Statement Audit Consultancy Services

The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), Government of Pakistan, invites proposals through EPADS v2.0 from eligible registered bidders for consultancy services to audit PTA's financial statements.

The procurement will follow the Single Stage–One Envelope procedure under open competitive bidding, using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules and applicable regulations and instructions issued by the Authority. All proposals must include a Bid Securing Declaration in the prescribed format.

Proposals must be prepared according to the instructions in these documents.
