In-person or courier submission: Deliver the duly completed form to Mercy Corps Office, Plot 190, Street 6, Sector I-9/2, Islamabad, Pakistan. Clearly write the tender reference number on the sealed envelope.

After the closing date, the Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued only to suppliers who have submitted a completed Intent to Bid Form. The solicitation document will be shared through the delivery method selected in that form.
