PMD Tender for Electrical and Mechanical Works at Multan Weather Surveillance Radar

The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), Ministry of Defence, Government of Pakistan, invites technical and financial proposals through open bidding on EPADS V2.0 for electrical and mechanical works under the PSDP project, Installation of Weather Surveillance Radar at Multan, under the control of the Flood Forecasting Division.

Submission deadline: 23 November 2026 at 12:00 AM. Electronic bids must be submitted exclusively through EPADS V2.0 at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Tender documents are available through EPADS V2.0 and the PMD and PPRA websites at www.pmd.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk.

Eligibility: Bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence in Category C6 or above, with relevant codes including EE04, EE11, ME07(v) and ME01, and have active taxpayer status on the FBR income tax and PRA sales tax lists.

Original documents: The original 2% bid security and an attested non-blacklisting affidavit on stamp paper must reach the Flood Forecasting Division, 46-Jail Road, Lahore, by 23 November 2026 at 12:00 AM. One hard copy containing duly signed forms and item-wise rates must also be submitted to the Project Director's office in Lahore, together with the other documents requested in hard copy.

Pre-bid meeting: 17 November 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Flood Forecasting Division, 46-Jail Road, Lahore. Bidders may participate in person or through an online meeting link, which they can request by email at least one day before the meeting.

PMD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
