Civil Services Academy Lahore Tender No. 05 for Executive Furniture and Commodes 2026–27

The Government of Pakistan’s Civil Services Academy, Lahore invites sealed bids on an open competitive basis under Tender Notice No. 05 for the procurement of executive furniture and commodes for financial year 2026–27.

Authorized distributors, suppliers and dealers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and included on the Federal Board of Revenue’s Active Taxpayers List, are eligible to participate. The items are required for Civil Services Academy, Lahore.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 11 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in the Committee Room, Library, Walton Campus, Civil Services Academy, Lahore. All interested bidders are strongly advised to attend.

E-bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available to registered bidders through EPADS v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ and the PPRA website at http://www.ppra.org.pk.

Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by 25 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. Interested bidders are advised to bring one hard copy of their bid at the time of bid opening.
