PESSI Tender for One-Year Security Services at Head Office and Punjab Field Offices

The Punjab Employees Social Security Institution (PESSI), Head Office Lahore, invites sealed bids for a framework agreement to provide security services at its head office and field offices, including hospitals throughout Punjab. The contract period is one year from the date of award.

Eligible companies and firms must be registered and hold active status with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities, including income tax, sales tax and Punjab sales tax. They must also be duly approved by the Punjab Home Department and must not be blacklisted by PPRA or PESSI.

Interested firms may download the e-bidding documents, detailed specifications and instructions from the date of publication or uploading of the tender through www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, the Punjab E-Procurement System at ep.punjab.gov.pk, and www.pessi.gop.pk.

Firms must submit the 2% bid security electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System in favour of the Government of Punjab through BOP, as prescribed by PPRA, on or before the tender closing date and time. E-bids, comprising digital copies of the bid documents, must be uploaded to the same system along with electronic bid security in compliance with PPRA instructions by 2:00 PM on 30 November 2026. Bids will be opened that day at 2:30 PM.

The procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended, read with the E-Procurement regulations. The tender may be cancelled at any stage under Rule 35 of the PPRA Rules, 2014. The response period will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTenders.aspx.
