The Directorate of Town Planning, Malir Development Authority (MDA), invites public objections concerning approval of the proposed commercial layout plan for Plot No. 03 in Deh Malh, Tapo Darsano Chano, Taluka Murad Memon, District Malir, Karachi. The proposal concerns layout approval from a planning point of view only.

This public notice is issued under the Malir Development Authority Act 1993-94, the Revival and Amending Act 2013, KBTPR-2002 as amended, and Clause 15.5-2 of the Malir Development Authority Town Planning Regulations 2015.

Any concerned person or organisation having objections may submit them directly to the Director General, MDA; the Director, Estate and Enforcement; or the Director, Town Planning Department, MDA, at G-4/B, Block-17, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, within seven working days from publication of this notice. Objections received after the expiry of this period will not be entertained.
