Clover Pakistan Limited has released the remaining withheld 10%/20% portion of its 15% bonus shares, excluding fractional entitlements. The bonus shares were released to eligible shareholders on 5 November 2026 following payment of the applicable withholding tax under Section 236Z of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001.
