D.G. Khan Cement Company Limited has credited its final cash dividend of 10%, equivalent to Rs. 1 per share, for the year ended June 30, 2026. The dividend was approved by shareholders at their meeting held on October 27, 2026, and credited on November 5, 2026, through electronic transfer directly into the designated bank accounts of shareholders who provided valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) details, an International Bank Account Number (IBAN), and complete bank details.
Dividends have been withheld for shareholders who have not provided a valid CNIC and/or bank account details, including IBAN, or whose bank details are incorrect or incomplete. These shareholders are requested to contact the company's share registrar, THK Associates (Pvt) Limited, and provide the required details.
