First Paramount Modaraba Annual Review Meeting 2026 in Karachi

First Paramount Modaraba will hold its Annual Review Meeting of Certificate Holders on Friday, November 27, 2026, at 3:30 pm at PIMA House, Room No. 201, 2nd Floor, PECHS Community Hall, Block 2, PECHS, Shahrah-e-Quaideen, Karachi.

The share transfer books will remain closed from Thursday, November 26, 2026, to Friday, November 27, 2026, both days inclusive.

Members and their proxies wishing to attend through video link must register by Friday, November 13, 2026. Registration requests must be emailed to [email protected] with the subject “Registration for FPM ARM 2026”. Participants must provide their name, folio number, cell number and number of shares held in their name, together with a valid copy of their CNIC, including both sides, or passport. Corporate shareholders must provide an attested copy of the board resolution or power of attorney. Following verification, the Modaraba will send the video link to shareholders at their email addresses.

Certificate holders are advised to notify the Share Registrar of any changes in their particulars to ensure prompt communication. The registrar is THK Associates (Pvt.)
