District and Sessions Court Hyderabad Jobs 2026 – Junior Clerk, Naib Qasid and Lift Operator

The Office of the District and Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, invites applications from male and female candidates domiciled in Hyderabad District for the following vacancies.

Application deadline: Applications must be submitted by 25 November 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Candidates who previously applied to this office for these jobs must apply afresh. A separate application is required for each post.

Junior Clerk application procedure: Candidates must complete the online job application form at www.nts.org.pk and deposit the Rs. 800 fee using the deposit challan/slip. Payment may be made through 1Link, 1Bill participating banks, ATM, internet banking, mobile banking, Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash or a TCS Express Counter. Applicants do not need to send a hard copy of the application form or challan to NTS, but must retain copies for future communication. Applications for Junior Clerk will not be accepted by hand.

Naib Qasid and Lift Operator application procedure: Candidates must submit applications on the prescribed form, accompanied by attested photocopies of their CNIC, educational documents and PRC domicile, two recent passport-size photographs, and an NOC if employed in government service. Applications may be sent by post or delivered by hand to the District and Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, by the deadline. The application pro forma for these two posts is attached to the notice.

Eligibility and quotas: Female candidates will have an equal opportunity to participate. Special quotas for women, disabled/special persons and minorities will be observed under the applicable rules and policy. Candidates applying under the disability quota must submit a CNIC bearing the wheelchair logo issued by NADRA and a valid disability certificate. The five percent disability quota will be strictly observed and considered under Section 5 of the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973.

Government servants must apply through the proper channel. For government servants who have served in connection with the affairs of the Federation or the Province of Sindh for at least three years, the upper age limit is 30 years. Where overage candidates qualify in the test/interview and are selected on the basis of experience, qualifications and skills, their individual cases will be submitted to the Honorable Chief Justice, High Court of Sindh at Karachi, for relaxation of the upper age limit.

Junior Clerk selection process: Candidates obtaining 50 percent marks in the initial test will be called for skill, typing and shorthand tests conducted by the Departmental Selection Committee of the District and Sessions Court, Hyderabad. NTS will announce the written-test dates and results on its official website. The list of successful candidates announced by NTS will also be displayed on the court's notice board and at https://districtcourtshyderabad.gos.pk/, together with dates for skill, shorthand and typing tests and interviews conducted by the court's Departmental Selection Committee.

Naib Qasid and Lift Operator selection process: The list of eligible candidates will be displayed on the notice board of the District and Sessions Court, Hyderabad, and at https://districtcourtshyderabad.gos.pk/ by 2 December 2026. Objections, if any, will be invited, and the test/interview schedule will be announced for proceedings conducted by the Departmental Selection Committee.

Applicant instructions: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews. Applicants must include their active cell/contact numbers for further communication and notices through WhatsApp. At the interview, candidates must bring their original CNIC, all educational documents, domicile/PRC and application. No TA/DA will be paid for attending a test or interview.

The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased. Incomplete applications and applications received after the deadline will be rejected without assigning any reason. Any external influence for selection will lead to disqualification from the post applied for. The decision of the Departmental Selection Committee will be final. The office reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the posts at any time or stage without disclosing a reason.

Appointment offers will be issued only to successful candidates who are eligible in all respects. Their educational documents, PRC, domicile and other certificates will be verified through the relevant issuing authorities.
