DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi Invites EOIs from OMCs for Fuel Station at Park Road (Margalla Orchard)

Defence Housing Authority Islamabad-Rawalpindi invites Expressions of Interest from Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) to develop and operate a fuel station facility at a prime location on Park Road (Margalla Orchard).

Site details: Area 5 kanals. Financial terms include a monthly reserved rent of Rs. 10 million and an upfront land utilization payment of Rs. 600 million as per DHA terms and conditions. Company details will be provided to shortlisted OMCs. Interested OMCs must submit company profile, relevant fuel-station operating experience, financial capability and proposed concept.
