CWPP&H Sibi Tender for Construction of ACR House

The Executive Engineer (Buildings), CWPP&H Department, District Sibi, invites sealed percentage-rate tenders based on the Government of Balochistan CSR-2026 from eligible bidders for construction of the ACR House at Sevi, District Sevi.

Eligibility: Contractors must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-6, C-5 or above, with specialization codes CE10 and CE10(i) in the relevant discipline and current renewal. Registration with the relevant tax authorities, including NTN, the Sales Tax Department and BRA, with current renewal where applicable, is also required. Bidders must meet the eligibility and qualification requirements in the bidding documents and submit the original CDR to the office of the undersigned.

Procurement procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope bidding will be used. The process will follow the relevant Balochistan Public Procurement Authorities Rules, 2014, and Pakistan Engineering Council by-laws.

Bidding documents: Documents can be obtained through the BPPRA website at www.bppra.gob.pk using the TSE number above, upon production of a green challan for the non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000. The fee must be deposited under head of account C-02716 through the Government Treasury or National Bank of Pakistan. Documents are available from publication of the invitation until 23 November 2026.

Submission and opening: Bids must reach the office by 11:00 AM on 23 November 2026. Tenders will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. Bid validity is 90 days.
