NGC Tender NOR-138W2-2026: Civil Works, Erection, Testing & Commissioning for Nowshera and Sheikh Muhammadi Grid Stations

National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites bids under Tender No. NOR-138W2-2026 (E-PADS Ref: F-26071947080) for civil works, erection, testing and commissioning: Lot-1 — addition of 2 nos. 220 kV line bays at 220/132 kV Nowshera Industrial Grid Station; Lot-2 — addition of 2 nos. 220 kV line bays at 500 kV Sheikh Muhammadi Grid Station. Procurement will follow National Competitive Bidding (Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure).

Bids must be submitted through e-PADS only on or before 3 August 2025, 11:00 AM PST. Original bid security must be delivered before the submission deadline to Director General (Procurement), NGC, Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road, Lahore. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM PST. Bidding documents are available on NGC's website and via e-PADS.
