Purpose: Request for Proposal (RFP) for hiring an ICAP-registered Chartered Accountant firm holding State Bank of Pakistan Category 'A' status for conducting the statutory audit of the Trust's Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended 30 June 2026.

Procurement Method: Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) through the Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure, in accordance with Rule 36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Submission Requirements: Sealed technical and financial proposals to be submitted as per the RFP. Proposals must be prepared and submitted strictly in accordance with the RFP. Late proposals shall not be entertained. DUT reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to annul the procurement process at any stage in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
