Procuring Agency: Establishment Division, Management Services Wing, Cabinet Secretariat.
Scope: Independent (3rd party) performance evaluation of incumbents of SPPS positions in Ministries / Divisions / Departments.
Eligible Firms: Reputed, competent and experienced Human Resource Management / Management Consultancy / Chartered Accountancy firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
