Ministry of Defence Production (DIPRA) Tender Notice 2026-27 for Stationery, IT, General Stores & Related Items

Tender: Tender Notice 2026-27. Sealed bids from Sales Tax Registered Firms / Suppliers appearing on the active taxpayer list are invited for supply of the following items.

Important Details / Submission Instructions:

• List of items can be collected from DP-1 (Store).
• Rates quoted must remain valid for the financial year 2026-27.
• Bids with brand/make duly authenticated by the firms must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to: Meraj Gul, Section Officer (DP-I), Ministry of Defence Production / DIPRA, Pak Secretariat-II, Rawalpindi.
• Submission deadline: Bids must reach the office on or before 2026-07-29 at 11:00 hrs. Opening: 29 July 2026 at 11:30 hrs in the presence of bidders' representatives.
• Earnest money / bid security: As specified in the notice (to be submitted in the shape of CDR / PO in favour of DDO, Ministry of Defence Production / DIPRA).
• Firms must be Sales Tax registered and on the active taxpayer list; valid tax credentials must be provided.
• Quoted rates should be inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
