Commissioner Sibi Division Auction of 11 Government Vehicles

The Commissioner, Sibi Division, invites bids for the auction of 11 government vehicles belonging to the Deputy Commissioners of Sibi, Kachhi and Jhal Magsi. The vehicles will be auctioned on an as-is, where-is basis. Interested bidders may inspect them at the relevant Deputy Commissioner’s office during office hours.

Auction forms are available from the Commissioner’s Office, Sibi, for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000. A separate tender form is required for each vehicle. Bidders must attach the required security deposit through a call deposit or bank draft, submit the original deposit instrument in the name of the auction committee, and include a copy of their national identity card with the bidding form.

The successful bidder’s security deposit will be retained for the auction proceedings, while deposits belonging to other bidders will be returned. The successful bidder must deposit the full vehicle price within 10 days; failure to comply will result in cancellation of the bid and forfeiture of the security deposit.

Successful bidders must collect their vehicles within 10 days. A parking charge of Rs. 500 per day will apply if a vehicle remains beyond this period. Applicable taxes must be paid in accordance with the law.

Bids must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on 26 November 2026. Tenders and bids will be opened at 11:00 a.m. on the same day at the Commissioner’s Office, Sibi, in the presence of bidders.

The successful bidder is responsible for verification of vehicle particulars with the Excise and Taxation Department and for completing the vehicle documentation and transfer requirements. The auction committee will not be responsible for these matters. The committee reserves the right to reject any one or all tenders without assigning a reason.
