Sandeman Provincial Hospital Quetta Annual Parking Contract Auction

The Resident Medical Superintendent, Sandeman Provincial Hospital, Quetta, invites participation in an auction for the hospital’s annual parking contract. The contract covers parking arrangements and collection of parking fees within the hospital premises.

Participants must submit the required deposit and supporting documents, including their national identity card, NTN and Balochistan Revenue Authority registration documents. Applications received after the stipulated submission time will not be accepted.

The successful bidder must comply with the hospital’s parking rules and the auction committee’s conditions. Parking operations must not obstruct hospital routes, access or movement. The contractor is responsible for maintaining orderly parking arrangements and following the hospital administration’s instructions.

The parking committee may impose a PKR 3,000 penalty for violations of the applicable conditions or parking arrangements. Breach of the contract conditions may also result in cancellation of the contract. The contract period is one year.
