Lasbela Tender for Construction of Commissioner’s House in Uthal

The Executive Engineer-II, Provincial Buildings and Roads, District Lasbela, invites eligible bidders to undertake construction of the proposed Commissioner’s House in Uthal, Lasbela, for the year 2026. Tender reference: TSE-2627111220853. Bids are invited on a percentage-rate basis using the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023.

Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. All bidders must be registered with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority’s Electronic Public Procurement System, including for Government of Balochistan procurements conducted through electronic or manual submission.

Eligible firms must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Bidders must have completed three assignments of a similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity through turnover of at least PKR 38,099,943 during the two preceding consecutive years.

Bids must carry 4% bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, issued in the name of the undersigned. Bidders must also submit the 4% bid security in the form of a CDR at the office of the undersigned.

The notice inviting tender and complete bidding documents can be obtained and viewed electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk. Only electronic bids will be accepted; physical bids are not required.

Submit bids through the supplier dashboard by 23 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM through the Electronic Public Procurement System.
