Kachhi Buildings Department Tender for Tehsildar Office and Residence at Jalal Khan Mugheri

The Executive Engineer, Buildings CWPP&H Department Kachhi, invites eligible bidders to submit electronic bids for the following work for 2026, based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023 on percentage rates. Tender reference: TSE-2627111220063.

Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Registration with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan, is mandatory for all bidders in government procurements, whether bids are submitted electronically or manually. For this tender, only electronic bids will be accepted; physical bids are not required.

Eligibility: Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. The bidder must have completed two assignments of a similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity through turnover of at least PKR 33,793,102 during the preceding three years. Bidders must have no pending litigation or court cases concerning contractual disputes, fraud, corruption or other serious offences, and must not have been involved in a contract breach or termination.

A bidder acting through a representative must provide an authority letter on PKR 100 judicial stamp paper, mentioning the TSE number and work title and duly attested by an Oath Commissioner. The work must be completed by the contractual completion date pursuant to subclause 43.1 of the general conditions of contract.

Bid security: Bids must be accompanied by a bank guarantee or deposit at call equal to 2% of the estimated cost, issued by a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned.

Submission deadline: Submit bids electronically through the supplier dashboard by 19 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tenders will be opened on the EPPS system on the same day at 12:00 PM.
