TMA Mardan E-Auction of Fee Collection Contracts for 2026–27

Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Mardan invites participation in an electronic auction for municipal fee collection contracts for the financial year 2026–27.

The auction is scheduled for 23 November 2026, with a rescheduled auction on 25 November 2026. Bidding hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Participants must use the electronic auction portal at cfmis.lgkp.gov.pk and complete bidding by 4:00 p.m.

Bidders must comply with TMA Mardan's auction conditions and deposit the applicable security amounts. Participants are required to present their original national identity cards. Fee collection is subject to the approved municipal rates and applicable rules.

For LED advertising, the annual charge is PKR 120 per square foot, under Resolution No. 14 dated 2 March 2026. Contractors must comply with TMA Mardan's directions concerning advertising installations.
