MDA Public Notice for Commercial Plot 07 Site Plan Approval in Malir, Karachi

The Directorate of Town Planning, Malir Development Authority (MDA), invites public objections concerning the proposed commercial site plan for Plot No. 07 in Malir, Karachi. The notice bears reference MDA/MPD/DEH-616/2026 and is dated November 5, 2026.

The proposal concerns land measuring 18,723 square yards in Taluka Murad Memon, District Malir, Karachi, including Survey Nos. 282, 283, 335/1 and 450/1.

The site plan approval process refers to the MDA legislation of 1993–94, the Karachi Building and Town Planning Regulations 2002 and 2013, and Clause 15.5.2 of the applicable 2015 regulations.

Any person having a complaint or objection concerning the proposal may submit it in writing within 15 days of publication of the notice to the Director, Town Planning, Malir Development Authority, Block 17, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. Objections received after the deadline will not be accepted.
