Khyber College of Dentistry Peshawar Jobs 2026 – Faculty, Technical and Administrative Posts

The Office of the Dean, Khyber College of Dentistry, Peshawar, invites applications for faculty, administrative, IT and technical positions at MTI Khyber College of Dentistry.

Applications for posts 1 and 2: Submit an online application through the Job Online Apply option at www.kcd.edu.pk. Applicants must register and update their profiles with all relevant details, then download and duly sign the required data sheet. The complete application set, including the Job Application Form, covering letter, attested degrees/diplomas, academic certificates, PMDC certificate, House Job Certificate, experience certificates and research articles, must reach the undersigned within 15 days of publication, during working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

If the closing date falls on an official holiday or Saturday/Sunday, the next working day will be treated as the closing date. Applications received after the closing date and time will be rejected. Documents cannot be accepted or replaced after an application has been received, and incomplete applications will not be entertained.

Application payment for posts 1 and 2: Attach the original, non-refundable bank deposit slip for Rs. 2,500 in the name of Dean Khyber College of Dentistry, Peshawar. Payment must be deposited in the college account at Bank of Khyber, Khyber Branch, code KTH-5121, Peshawar.

Applications for posts 3 to 21: Apply online at www.etea.edu.pk. The online application form will be available from 10 November 2026, and the last date for submission is 10 December 2026. Successful submission generates a prescribed online deposit slip containing a token number, project code and personal information. Use the slip to deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee through Easypaisa. Keep the original deposit slip bearing the bank stamp in personal custody and do not share it with anyone.

Do not send documents or testimonials to the ETEA office after applying online. Copies will be required from candidates who qualify the screening test, whenever requested by ETEA or the appointing authority for scrutiny. The fee deposited on another person's CNIC will not be verified. Each candidate must use their own NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/kiosk verification; without this verification, candidates will be unable to apply for a post. This verification should be completed before depositing the ETEA test fee.

ETEA will provisionally allow candidates to appear in the screening test based on the information submitted. Detailed scrutiny will be undertaken by the appointing authority. A candidate found ineligible at any stage will be disqualified. Eligibility in all respects must be fulfilled by the closing date. Incomplete applications and applications received after the deadline will not be entertained.

ETEA test arrangements: ETEA will inform candidates by SMS to download their roll number slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates should not provide ported or converted mobile numbers. The test date, time and venue will be given on the roll number slip. Separate call letters for the screening test will not be issued by post or courier. Roll number slips will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.

Employment and selection conditions: Both in-service and fresh candidates may apply. Private-sector employees must apply through the proper channel. Government servants must apply through the proper channel and attach an NOC from the authority where they are serving. Candidates employed in government or semi-government bodies must apply through the proper channel. Candidates already enrolled in a training programme must clearly communicate this in writing to their parent institution; the letter must be placed in the same envelope with the application.

Information furnished by applicants will be relied upon, and acknowledgement will be provided where applications are delivered personally. The Scrutiny Committee/Selection Committee is competent to reject incomplete application forms and documents. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test or interview, and shortlisting will be based on the screening test conducted by ETEA. Interviews will not be held a second time. No TA/DA is admissible for the test or interview.

Services of selected candidates will be governed by the applicable rules and regulations, the MTI Act 2015 and its amendments. Selected government employees must resign from government service to become MTI employees. Age relaxation will be admissible under government rules. Quotas will be observed under the relevant law.

The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts, omit any or all recruitment, cancel the recruitment process at any stage, and rectify errors or omissions in the number of posts. Documents received within the stipulated period will be scrutinized; applications meeting the relevant criteria will be considered, and those failing to meet the criteria will be rejected.

Candidates may be disqualified for conviction by a court of law, dismissal from public service, knowingly furnishing false information, suppressing information that could lead to disqualification, attempting to obtain support through improper means, submitting forged certificates, or tampering with academic or experience certificates, including membership claims. Disqualification may occur even after appointment. Original documents must be produced at the interview. Khyber College of Dentistry is an equal opportunity provider.
