THQ Hospital Choa Saidan Shah Canteen Re-Auction for 2026–27

The Medical Superintendent, Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Choa Saidan Shah, invites bids through the e-Procurement system for the re-auction of the hospital canteen for 2026–27.

Interested bidders must participate through the e-Procurement system. Auction conditions and rules may be obtained through the procurement portal. Participation is subject to registration and compliance with the electronic procurement requirements.

Bidders must arrange earnest money of Rs. 17,525 in favour of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Choa Saidan Shah, before the auction, allowing at least 10 minutes before proceedings begin. The original security documentation must be presented, and its copy must be uploaded to the e-Procurement system.

Bidding will start at Rs. 350,500. The successful bidder must pay 100% of the contract amount on the spot. All applicable taxes will be the contractor’s responsibility. Other bidders’ security deposits will be returned after the successful bidder completes the required payment formalities.

The bidder must have a satisfactory reputation and record of conduct. Bank defaulters are ineligible. A bidder may attend personally with only one accompanying person. Punctuality is mandatory, and excuses for delay will not be accepted.

The contractor must provide canteen services around the clock, seven days a week, and comply with the Government of Punjab’s applicable hygiene and health instructions. The contractor will bear responsibility for losses arising from the operation of the canteen.

If the auction is postponed, bidding will take place on the next working day.
