Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids from bidders registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Category C-3 or above for the repair/maintenance of NCCIA Building No. 12, Shahrha-e-Jamhuriat, G-5/2, Islamabad. Procurement will follow Single Stage Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique; bid security is required as specified in the bidding documents.
E-bidding documents and submissions must be made through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0); interested bidders must register on EPADS. Submission deadline is 2026-07-31 11:30 AM, with electronic bid opening on the same day at 12:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
