Pakistan Airports Authority Consultancy Services Expression of Interest 2026

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites expressions of interest from consultancy firms and consultants for the procurement of consultancy services. Interested applicants must submit the required information and supporting documents for evaluation and shortlisting.

This expression-of-interest process will identify consultants for the subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP) stage. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to submit proposals in accordance with the RFP requirements.

The complete expression-of-interest package for national applicants is available through EPADS v2.0 at procurement opportunity 108382. Applicants should review the eligibility requirements and submission instructions in the package and complete their applications accordingly.

Applications must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by 20 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Electronic applications will be opened on 20 November 2026 at 11:30 AM. Hard-copy applications will not be accepted.

Applicants must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Registration is available at vendors.epads.gov.pk. An instructional video is available at YouTube.

A Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been constituted under Rule 65 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
