IBA Karachi Director Human Resources Job – Apply by November 22, 2026

IBA Karachi invites applications from dynamic individuals for the position of Director – Human Resources. The Director will guide the HR Department’s vision, strategic planning, growth, operations and administrative activities.

The role involves leading, shaping and executing talent acquisition, organizational planning and development, employee relations and grievance handling, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employer branding.

Qualification and experience: Applicants must hold a master’s degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent degree from a reputable HEC-recognized university. A valid international certification in HR will be an added advantage. Candidates must have at least 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including five years as Head of HR, preferably at a higher education institute or university, demonstrating academic HR management.
