National Forensics Agency Tender for DNA/Serology Laboratory Chemicals and Consumables FY 2026–27

The National Forensics Agency (NFA), Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of chemicals and consumables for its DNA/Serology Laboratory for FY 2026–27. The procurement reference is 190548. NFA has reserved funds for this procurement and intends to apply part of these funds to eligible payments under the contract.

The procurement will use the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure with the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026, and applicable regulations, regulatory guides, procurement guidelines and instructions issued by the Authority.

All bids must include the bid security required in the bidding documents, in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee, or a bid-securing declaration in the prescribed format.

The e-bidding documents, including detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements, are available to interested bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/190548. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate.

Bids must be prepared according to the e-bidding documents and submitted through EPADS v2.0 by 17 November 2026 at 10:00 AM. Electronic bids will be opened through EPADS v2.0 on the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted.
