Power Plants Supplier Prequalification Tender Notice No. 25/2026, Islamabad

A Public Sector Organization operating power plants invites applications for prequalification (PQ) from local firms, manufacturers and dealers with relevant experience and established technical, financial and managerial capabilities. Applicants must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and appear on the Federal Board of Revenue's active taxpayers list.

Goods and services will be procured as required from prequalified suppliers through limited tendering. Inquiries and requests for quotations (RFQs) will be forwarded directly to the relevant prequalified suppliers in their respective categories.

Suppliers meeting the eligibility criteria in the PQ documents must submit the prequalification documents and forms with the required attachments. Applications will be assessed according to the Standard Prequalification Criteria and Evaluation Performa outlined in the PQ documents. Prequalified suppliers must undergo security clearance by submitting the prescribed security clearance documents. After clearance, suppliers must sign an undertaking and accept the limited tenders' terms and conditions contained in the PQ documents.

A complete set of PQ documents may be obtained from the office of the Head (Procurement) on working days, Monday to Thursday, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, excluding holidays. Applicants must submit a written request supported by a non-refundable document fee of Rs. 2,000 in the form of a bank draft or pay order payable to Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad. Call deposits will not be accepted.

The sealed, complete set of PQ documents must reach the office of the Head (Procurement) within 25 days after publication of the advertisement. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all PQ documents under the prevailing rules.
