IBCC Islamabad Tender for Chromebook and Media Tablet Inspection, Repair and Maintenance Services

The Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC), under the Government of Pakistan's Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, invites bids for the procurement of integrated non-consultancy services for inspection, testing, verification, branding, repair and maintenance of Chromebooks and media tablets.

Eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 must submit their bids electronically through the platform. Procurement will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under open competitive bidding, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and regulations and instructions issued by the Authority.

All bids must be accompanied by the original bid security for each lot, as required in the Bid Security Section of the bidding document, in the form of a Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). The original bid security must be physically deposited with IBCC before the bid submission deadline.

Electronic bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk. Bids must be prepared according to the instructions in these documents and submitted through EPADS v2.0. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.

A Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified for this procurement under Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The notification is available on the procuring agency's website, EPADS v2.0 and the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority's website at www.ppra.org.pk.
