National Defence University Islamabad 31st Convocation Registration 2026

National Defence University (NDU), Islamabad, will hold its 31st Convocation on 30 December 2026 at 9:00 AM onwards at the NDU Auditorium, Islamabad.

Eligibility: PhD, MPhil, BS and BS (Bridging) graduates who have completed or will complete their degree requirements by 11 December 2026 are eligible to register.

Online registration: Graduates must register from 16 November to 15 December 2026 through www.ndu.edu.pk, using their NDU registration numbers. In accordance with the Government of Pakistan's austerity measures, guests will not be allowed to attend.

1. Upload soft copies of the transcript, or SSC and Clearance Certificate if the transcript has not yet been obtained.
2. Enter all details carefully and confirm them before submitting the registration online.
3. Provide the address recorded on the CNIC for security clearance. Hostel addresses are not allowed.
4. Submitted information cannot subsequently be edited.
5. Graduates already registered for the December 2025 FCS Convocation must register afresh without guests.
6. After receiving a confirmation email from the Examinations Branch, graduates must print their entry passes from the portal.
7. Entry passes must bear the Examinations Branch validation stamp to be accepted for entry to the 31st NDU Convocation.

Mandatory rehearsal: Rehearsal will take place on Tuesday, 29 December 2026, at 12:00 noon onwards. All graduates must attend; those who do not attend rehearsal may not be allowed to attend the convocation. Graduates must bring their original CNIC and entry pass to rehearsal.

Convocation robes: Wearing convocation robes is mandatory for rehearsal. Robes are to be collected from Iqbal Campus against a deposit of Rs. 1,500, refundable after deduction of rent.
