National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) invites stakeholders and the general public to submit comments on proposed amendments to the Wheeling Auction Process submitted by the Independent System and Market Operator (ISMO) for Authority approval. The proposed changes address matters including co-location requirements for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) with solar/wind plants, adjustments to the proposal submission timeframe, establishment of a grievance redressal committee, and eligibility criteria raised by Auction Participants.
