DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi Invites EOIs from OMCs to Develop Fuel Station on Park Road (Margalla Orchard)

Defence Housing Authority Islamabad-Rawalpindi invites Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) to submit Expressions of Interest to develop and operate a fuel station at a prime Park Road (Margalla Orchard) location. Site area is 5 kanals; monthly reserved rent is Rs. 10 million and the upfront land utilization payment is Rs. 600 million as per DHA terms and conditions.

Interested OMCs should submit company profile, relevant fuel-station experience, evidence of financial capability and a proposed concept. Submission deadline is within 15 days from publication.
