DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi Invites EOIs from OMCs for 5-Kanal Fuel Station at Park Road (Margalla Orchard)

Defence Housing Authority Islamabad-Rawalpindi invites Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) to submit Expressions of Interest to develop and operate a fuel station facility on Park Road (Margalla Orchard). The site area is 5 kanals.

Key financial terms include a monthly reserved rent of Rs. 10 million and an upfront land utilization payment of Rs. 600 million as per DHA terms and conditions. Interested OMCs must submit company profile, relevant fuel-station operating experience, financial capability, and proposed concept.
