Gas Utility Court, Karachi has issued a summons in Civil Suit No. 34/2025 filed by Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (through its attorney Muhammad Rizwan) seeking recovery of Rs. 448,300 under Section 6 of the Gas Theft Control and Recovery Act, 2016 against the defendant S/o Naseer Uddin of House No. 244, Block D-4, Wazeer Brohi Goth, Gadap Town, Scheme 33, Karachi.
