Summons: Sui Southern Gas Company v. Muhammad Hayat — Recovery Suit (Rs.3,534,700) — Gas Utility Court Karachi

The Gas Utility Court, Karachi has issued a summons in Civil Suit No. 35/2025 filed by Sui Southern Gas Company under Section 6 of the Gas (Theft Control & Recovery) Act, 2016, seeking recovery of Rs. 3,534,700 from the defendant Muhammad Hayat s/o Muhammad Gul of Plot No. B/1, People’s Play Ground near Jama Masjid, Madina off Mauripur Road, Liaquat Colony, Karachi.

The defendant is ordered to appear before the court on 2026-07-13 at 08:30 AM in person or by a duly instructed pleader, produce all documents intended in support of the defence and file an application for leave to defend. If the defendant fails to appear the suit will be heard and determined in their absence.
