Submission instructions and conditions:
- Bidders must submit bids online via the Punjab e-Procurement / ePADS portals by the specified closing date and time.
- Hard copy bids must be accompanied by bid security (as specified above) valid for 180 days in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of Medical Superintendent, THQ Level Hospital & Trauma Centre, Fateh Pur, Layyah. The original CDR must be submitted before the closing date and time.
- Bidders must be registered and eligible under applicable tax/GST rules as defined in the bidding documents. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
