AIOU Islamabad Invitation for Bids — Refurbishment Works (June–July 2026)

Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), Islamabad — Directorate of Works — invites e-bids for planned refurbishment works funded in the financial year 2026/27. Eligible contractors must be active taxpayers (Income Tax & Sales Tax), registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for 2026-27 in relevant code(s), and have suitable experience in turnkey refurbishment/interior decoration projects. Bidding is through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) at https://eprocure.gov.pk. A bid security in the required amount must accompany each bid: the scanned copy of the bid security shall be uploaded to e-PADS and the original hard copy submitted as instructed in the bidding documents. Pre-bid meeting will be held virtually; the link is provided in the tender notice.
