Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA). Procurement & Contract Agreement-I invites electronic bids (Single Stage – Two Envelope) from Pakistan Engineering Council-registered firms with relevant category and project codes. Electronic bidding is through ePADS (eprocure.gov.pk).
